DALLAS, TX - February 2, 2005  -- Rezbong, LLC has purchased 15,950 square feet of space from 4651 Sunbelt, LP.  The space is located at 4651 Sunbelt Drive and will be used as a copier exchange.  Mark Hull and Brett Owens of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Mark Miller of Robert Lynn Company represented the seller.
