DALLAS, TX - February 2, 2005  -- Craftsman Furniture, Inc. has leased 18,740 square feet from Addison Associates, Ltd.  The space is located at 4301 Lindbergh and will be used as a manufacturing location for furniture.  Mark Hull of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Tom Lucas of Harry B. Lucas represented the landlord.
