DALLAS, TX - January 28, 2005  -- Southern Labs, Inc. has leased 10,725 square feet at 2509 Dalworth Street in Grand Prairie.  The tenant is Tarrant County Limited Partnership.  Pete Richardson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jamie Calari of Cushman Wakefield represented the landlord.
