Individual Purchases 5.08 Acres

DALLAS, TX - January 28, 2005  -- Kholoud Ashanti has purchased 5.08 acres in total of raw land for development.  The land is located at Highway 78 Frontage, 1/4 mile northwest of Williford Rd. in Sachse, Texas.  Ashanti is a retail developer who plans to have a retail strip center at that location.  This project will continue the retail development and services on Highway 78 in fast growing Sachse, Texas.  The sellers are four private owners from the DFW area, Houston and Everett, Washington.  Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the sellers.  James Hankins of ACR Realty represented the buyer.
