DALLAS, TX - January 28, 2005  -- Flat Rolled Steel, Inc. has leased 56,000 square feet from RReef Funds.  The location will be used for distribution and is located at 13251 14th Street in Grand Prairie.  Pete Richardson and John Brewer of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  John Prichert represented the tenant.
