TIC International Leases 6,591 sf

HOUSTON, TX - January 18, 2005  -- TIC International has recently leased 6,591 square feet in Two Westlake, located at 580 Westlake Park Blvd., from CMD Properties, Inc.  Rollie Andre of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Mike Martin of PM Realty represented the landlord.
