DALLAS, TX - January 15, 2005  -- A 1031 investor has purchased Newcastle Plaza Shopping Center in Newcastle, Oklahoma.  The center is adjacent to a Super Wal-Mart at Highway 37 & I-44.  The total square footage is 15,301 square feet.  Vaughn Miller of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.
