Planet Tan Management, LP Leases 5,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - January 11, 2005  -- Planet Tan, a full-service tanning salon, has leased 5,000 square feet from Flower Mound Town Center, LP.  The space is located at 2717 Cross Timbers Road in Flower Mound.  Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Robin Barrow of The Weitzman Group represented the landlord.
