DALLAS, TX - January 11, 2005  -- BWJ Jackson, Limited, a furniture restoration company and importer, has leased 16,000 sf from Colt Joint Venture.  The space is located at 699 SH 121.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.
