Gulfside Supply, Inc. Leases 30,470 sf

DALLAS, TX - December 11, 2004 -- Gulfside Supply distributes roofing, metal and masonry materials through more than 50 locations throughout the U.S.  The company doubled its outlet count by acquiring Eagle Supply Group in September 2004.  Gulfside Supply is owned by CEO James Resch.  It has recently leased 30,470 square feet at 9550 John Elliot Drive in Frisco.  The seller was John Elliot Drive, Inc. and Larry Causey.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the deal.
