Houston Completes Three Leases

HOUSTON, TX - December 2, 2004 -- SB&T Imports, LLP has leased 2,682 square feet at 7500 San Felipe from Unilev Management Corp.  Mark H. Wood of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord.

M&M Vacuum has recently leased 1,545 square feet at 6607 Kirby from Oldfield Family Limited Partnership.  Shawn Ackerman and Jason Gaines of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.

Chaskin Insurance Agency has leased 901 square feet at 2500 tanglewilde from Woodlake (Texas) Properties, Ltd.  Mark H. Wood of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Moody Rambin represented the landlord.
