Vaughan Ford Sells Tulsa Shopping Center to a Henry S. Miller Partnership

HOUSTON, TX - November 8, 2004 -- A partnership formed by HSM Equity Partners, Inc has acquired The Plaza shopping center in Tulsa , Oklahoma , considered to be one of Tulsa 's premier shopping centers.  Located at 81st & South Lewis Avenue , the Seller was MRO Southwest, Inc., of Midland , Texas .  The new owners plan to removate the center, which is currently 92% leased.  Vaughan Ford, Senior V.P. of Henry S. Miller Commercial handled the transaction with Matt Davis of Davis Group, Ltd.
