HSM Houston Office Completes Four Leases

HOUSTON, TX - August 17, 2004 - T-Mobile USA has recently leased a pad space from Hillcroft Venture at the Woodforest Shopping Center, I-10 East and John Ralston Road.  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Mel Witt of Beeson Properties represented the landlord.

Today's Dental has recently leased 1,575 square feet from SW Jones Road L.P., at Northwest Village Shopping Center, Highway 290 and Jones Road.  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and Duy Duong of Realty Associates represented the tenant.

Cad Tec Solutions has recently leased 533 square feet located at 2630 Fountainview from WOCO Investments Corporation.  Mark H. Wood of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.

Kirst Kosmoski, Inc. has recently leased 1,492 square feet located at 2630 Fountainview from WOCO Investments Corporation.  Mark H. Wood of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.
