Investor Purchases 197 Unit Apartment Building

HOUSTON, TX - July 6, 2004 - John Miller Trustee has recently purchased the 197 unit Glenview Apartments located at 8311 Winkler, Houston, Texas.  The Seller was Schuhmacher Investment Company.  G. Wayne Reyes of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and Ashok Shah represented the buyer.
