Gadel Development, Inc. Purchases 5.3358 Acres

DALLAS, TX - June 17, 2004 -- Gadel Development, Inc. has purchased 5.3358 acres of land with the intention of building a 40,000 square foot shopping center located at the southwest quadrant at Beltline Road and Cockrell Hill Road in Desoto, Texas.  The seller was BM Development.  Henry S. Miller Commercial has been appointed as the exclusive leasing brokers.  Dan Shoevlin and Paul Harmon of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  The Michael Group represented the buyer.
