DALLAS, TX - June 15, 2004 - Ranch Dressings, a clothing company, has leased a 4,000 square foot warehouse for light manufacturing of womens wear.  The property is located at 1133 Empire Central in Dallas .  The landlord is New Generation Mechanical.  Susan Scott and Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and tenant.
