Don Valk Purchases 14+ acres for Mini Warehouses & Retail

DALLAS, TX - May 25, 2004 -- Don Valk has purchased 14+ acres of land in Mountain Creek at the southwest corner of Clark and Camp Wisdom in Dallas .  Valk is a developer who plans to use the land for mini warehouses and retail.  The seller was Mountain Creek, Ltd.  Paul Harmon of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Rick Ugarte of Bowers and Associates represent the buyer.
