Diego's Tex Mex Kitchen Leases 4,578 sf

DALLAS, TX - May 25, 2004 -- Diego’s Tex-Mex Kitchen leased 4,578 square feet of space at Solana Retail Village Center in Westlake .  The landlord is Maguire Partners-Solana Limited Partnership.  The restaurant is to replace an existing Chilis.  This will be the second location for Diego’s.  Mike Soab of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Eddie Liebman of The Weitzman Group represented the tenant.
