Better Home Products Purchases 100,100 sf

DALLAS, TX - May 11, 2004 -- Better Home Products has purchased 100,100 square feet from Regis Property Co.  The space is located at 3011 Pinewood in Arlington and will be used for distribution of Better Home Products.  David Teeter of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Scott Porter of Regis Property Co. represented the seller.
