DALLAS, TX - May 5, 2004 -- Angeles Endeavors has leased 2,100 square feet at Custer Park Shopping Center at Custer and Parker Road in Plano .  The location will be used for a retail gift store.  The landlord is Weingarten Realty Investors.  Jerry Lawson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and tenant.

Big Mex Mexican Grill has leased 3,700 square feet at Campbell Square Shopping Center at Campbell and Greenville in Dallas.  EF Properties One, L.P. is the landlord.  Colin Berg and Jim Turano of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and tenant.
