HSM Retail Completes 2 Leases in Wal-Mart Outparcel Centers

DALLAS, TX - May 1, 2004 -- Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial has completed two leases in Wal-Mart outparcel centers.  Gamestop has leased 1,500 square feet at Arkadelphia Plaza in Arkadelphia , Arkansas .  The landlord is Arkadelphia Plaza .  Morrilton Medical Center has leased 1,360 square feet at Morrilton Plaza in Morrilton , Oklahoma .  The landlord is Morrilton Plaza .  Robert Kimble of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and tenant on both of these leases.
