Human Touch Purchases 36,000 sf Building

DALLAS, TX - March 24, 2004 -- Human Touch has purchased a 36,000 square foot building from Nich and Marty Nichols.  The building is located at 3727 Dilido in Dallas .  Human Touch will occupy a certain amount and lease the rest.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  J’shenea Beavers of The Micheal Group represented the buyer.
