Air Syndicate Leases 5,600 sf Building

DALLAS, TX - March 24, 2004 -- Air Syndicate has leased a 5,600 square foot building at 7111 John Carpenter Freeway in Dallas .  The landlord is Betty Dreyfuss.  Air Syndicate is a custom paint shop for motorcycles.  Nathan Denton and Susan Scott of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Bob Lynn of Robert Lynn Company represented the landlord.
