Eckerd's Drug Store Purchases 80,586 sf Pad Site at Teel Crossing I

DALLAS, TX - March 17, 2004--Eckerd’s Drug Store has purchased an 80,586 square foot pad site at Teel Crossing I.  The seller was Teel Crossing I, Ltd.  The location is at the northeast corner of Main Street and Teel Parkway in Frisco.  The company is planning to build an Eckerd’s Drug Store with more than 13,000 square feet on this site.  Dan Shoevlin and Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller.  Jean Smith of UCR represented the buyer.
