Dennis White Purchases 30,000 sf Rufe Snow Plaza

DALLAS, TX - March 17, 2004--Dennis White has purchased a 30,000 square foot retail strip center located in N. Richland Hills from Enno Springmann.  The property is called Rufe Snow Plaza Shopping Center and has Hallmark Cards as its anchor tenant.  Peter Kosley of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the purchaser.  Bright Management represented the seller.
