RJS Marine Purchases 2.02 Acres for Mixed Use Development

DALLAS, TX - February 22, 2004 -- RJS Marine, Inc. has purchased 2.02 acres on I35.  The seller was I35 E Carrollton, J.V.  RJS Marine plans to build a mixed-use development at this location.  Ryan Hamilton and Mark Hajdu of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Jim Roberts of Henry S. Miller represented the seller.
