Premier Manufacturing, LP Purchases 65,000 sf Four-Building Complex

DALLAS, TX - February 22, 2004 -- Premier Manufacturing, L.P. has purchased a 65,000 square foot, four building complex from Chippenhook Corporation.  The complex is located at 3105 Justin Road in Flower Mound and is situated on 5.85 acres of land.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the seller and buyer.
