DALLAS, TX - February 22, 2004 -- Mustang Electric Supply, Inc. leased 21,824 square feet of space from Windy Ridge, L.L.C.  The space is located at 1000 Kinepak Road and will be used as the corporate office and warehouse for Mustang Electric.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and tenant.
