Paragon Roofing of Dallas Leases 11,700 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 17, 2004 --Paragon Roofing of Dallas has leased 11,700 square feet of space from Jim Haney.  The location at 2324 Fabens Road in Dallas will be used as an office/warehouse space for Paragon Roofing.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord and tenant.  This is an expansion for the roofing company.
