New Generation Mechanical Leases 16,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 17, 2004 --New Generation Mechanical has leased 16,000 square feet of space located at 1133 Empire Central in Dallas .  The landlord is West Electrical and the space will be used for a mechanical engineering firm.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jeff Mercer of Robert Lynn Company represented the landlord.  New Generation Mechanical, Inc. plans to move into the space on April 1, 2004 .
