Equity Closes on Two Shopping Centers
DALLAS,

HSM Equity Group, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Henry S. Miller Companies has just recently
closed on two shopping centers totaling over $23.7 million
dollars.
The
first center is
Lincoln
Corners
Shopping Center
located in
Harlingen
,
Texas
closed at about $18.4 million.
The center is located at the southeast corner of
Dixieland Road
and
Lincoln Avenue
.
Lincoln Corners is adjacent to Valle Vista Mall and
Wal
Mart
Supercenter
.
Major tenants include Hobby Lobby, Dollar Tree, Ross,
Bealls Department Store, Cici’s Pizza and Cato Fashions.
Upon acquisition, the shopping center was 96% leased
with a square footage of about 180,000.
The
second center is
Harwood
Village
Shopping Center
which closed at $5.3 million is
located at the northeast corner of Brown Trail and Harwood in
the heart of the DFW metroplex.
The center is home to Joann’s Fabrics, Half Price
Books, Dollar General, Hallmark, Subway and Cato Fashions and
is about 85,000 square feet.
Over
the past seven months, HSM Equity has closed close to $85
million dollars and plans to close about $13 million in the
next 2 months.
