A Ward Moving Leases 14,200 sf

DALLAS, TX - February 17, 2004 --A Ward Moving, Inc. of Dallas has leased 14,200 square feet of space from ANA Properties.  The space is located at 2324 Apollo Circle .  The location will be used for general office/warehouse space for the moving and storage company, A Ward Moving, Inc.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Dave Thomson and Cody Woodland of Thomson Realty represented the landlord.  A Ward Moving, Inc. will occupy the space beginning March 1, 2004 .
