HOUSTON, TX - January 30, 2004 --Temple Center Square II, has recently purchased Commerce Park North., a 131,702 square foot shopping center on 11.864 acres of land, from CPN Partners, L.P. located at 15757 North Freeway.  M. Bruce Jester and Johnnie D. Roberts of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the Seller; Amir Moazami of Wes Walters Realty represented the Buyer.
