Retail Division Completes Leases for Over 5,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - January 28, 2004 --Eat, Ltd. has leased 1,742 square feet of space at Preston Royal Shopping Center .  The landlord is Preston Royal Realty Company.  The future use of this space will be a café/bakery/chocolate shop.  Dan Shoevlin and Henry S. Miller, IV of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  David Sacher of The Weitzman Group represented the tenant.

ActivMedical has leases 3,661 square feet of space located at University Village Shopping Center in Denton, Texas.  The landlord is Benbrooke University Partners.  The future use of this space will be for a medical supply store.  Ryan Hamilton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  There was no representation for the tenant.
