RJS Marine, Inc. Purchases 2.88 Acres

DALLAS, TX - January 28, 2004 --RJS Marine, Inc. has purchased 2.88 acres from Wal-Mart Stores Texas, L.P.  The space located at the northwest corner of Precinct Line & N.E. Tarrant Parkway in North Richland Hills will be a retail center.  Mark Hajdu and Ryan Hamilton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  There was no representation for the seller.
