Miller Bros. Flooring Purchases 16,933 sf

DALLAS, TX - January 28, 2004 --Miller Bros. Flooring has purchased a 16,933 square foot warehouse from First Industrial.  The warehouse is located at 2009 McKenzie, Suite 102 in Carrollton .  The future use of this space will be office/warehouse use for a commercial flooring company.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Randy Wood of First Industrial represented the seller.
