Dollar General Subleases 10,800 sf

DALLAS, TX - January 28, 2004 --Dollar General has subleased 10,800 square feet from sublessor, Advance Stores Company, Inc.  The location is at Rose Plaza , 4031 S. Broadway Avenue in Tyler , Texas .  Mark Hajdu and Ryan Hamilton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the sublessor.  There was no representation for Dollar General.
