DALLAS, TX - January 28, 2004 --Discover and Grow Properties, L.P. DBA Octopus Garden has purchased 5,288 square feet at 1075 West Executive Drive.  The seller was Joyce Duncan.  The future use of this space will be a preschool.  Janice Peters of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  Clyde McKinney represented the seller.
