MG Capital, LLC Purchases Town Center Lakeside Retail Bldg. A

HOUSTON, TX - January 17, 2004 --MG Capital LLC has recently purchased Town Center Lakeside Retail Building A from a limited partnership of Sugarland Properties, Incorporated.  The 23,230 square foot Class “A” retail center is located at the southwest corner of US 59 and State Highway 6.  Vaughan Ford of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer in the transaction.
