DALLAS, TX - December 30, 2003--Universal Display & Fixture Company has leased 54,560 square feet of space at 1132 Valwood Parkway .  The landlord is New York Life Insurance.  The space will be used as a storage and distribution center for grocery store racking.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Ken Wesson of Bradford Company represented the landlord.
