Shawn Ackerman Completes Three Leases

HOUSTON, TX - December 9, 2003--Dr. Matthews leases 1,525 sf at Crossroads Shopping Center in Houston.  The space will be used as a dentist office.  At Last Nails and SPA have leased 1,390 sf at Champions West Shopping Center from Duncan Road Joint Venture.  Baby Food Store has leased 1,600 sf at Beechcrest Green Shopping Center.  Shawn Ackerman of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord in all three leases.
