DALLAS, TX - October 20, 2003--Federal APD, Inc., of Michigan, leased 5,466 square feet of space located at 8925 Sterling, #100 in Irving, Texas.  The landlord is TA/Western, L.L.C.  Future plans for this location will be an office/warehouse for light distribution.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Craig Hughes of Holt Companies represented the landlord.
