Bed, Bath & Beyond Leases 22,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - October 15, 2003 --Bed Bath & Beyond leased 22,000 square feet of space from Weber Development Company at Pleasant Run Towne Crossing Shopping Center.  The center is located at the southwest corner of Pleasant Run and Hwy. 67 in Dallas .  Mark Hajdu and Ryan Hamilton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord.  Steve Lieberman represented the tenant.
