Victor Equipment Leases 113,500 sf

DALLAS, TX - October 14, 2003--Victor Equipment leased 113,500 square feet of space from Hillwood Development Corporation, LLC.  The space is located at Alliance gateway No. 58, Henrietta Creek Road, Roanoke, Texas.  Victor is consolidating two different warehouses from throughout the mid west to this one location in Texas which will employ approximately 120 people in the new facility.  They have a manufacturing plant in Denton.  Dan Spika of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Tony Crème of Hillwood Development Corporation represented the landlord.
