DALLAS, TX - September 24, 2003 --The Wine Market and More leased 5,955 square feet of space at Two Turtle Creek Village , 3858 Oak Lawn Avenue, Suite 165 in Dallas .  The landlord is Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company.  Wendy and Dave Edmondson, owners of The Wine Market and More, will open this concept as a retail wine store and wine bar.  Dan Shoevlin of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Whit Jordan of Transwestern Commercial Services represented the landlord.
