DALLAS, TX - September 24, 2003 --American Casual Dining (Moe’s Southwest Grill) leased 2,340 square feet of space at Pepper Square Shopping Center .  The landlord is Prestonwood Market Square, Ltd.  Pepper Square Shopping Center is located at the southeast corner of Preston Road and Beltline Road .  Dan Shoevlin, Paul Harmon and Henry S. Miller, IV of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and the landlord.
