Universal Forest Products, Inc. Leases 38,000 sf Building

HOUSTON, TX - September 22, 2003 --Universal Forest Products, Inc. leased a 38,000 square foot building located on 14.4 acres at 18602 Katy Freeway in Houston , Texas from Temple-Inland Forest Products Corporation.  The building will be used as a building materials distributor.  Doug Bates and Darren O’Conor of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant.  Jane Kress of Stanford Realty Advisors, Inc. represented the landlord.
