Midway Market Purchases 57,830 sf Building and 3.81 Acres

DALLAS, TX - September 22, 2003 --H.P. Midway Market, L.P. has purchased a 57,830 square foot building along with the 3.81 acres that the building sits on from Dallas Industrial Portfolio, L.P.   The building and land will be used a retail location for a Midway Market.  The address is 2001 Midway Road .  Greg Trout and Michelle Hudson of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented seller.  David Cook of David Cook Company represented the purchaser.
