Memco Leases 6,113 sf from Building 15 Joint Venture

AUSTIN, TX - September 22, 2003 --Memco leased 6,113 square feet from Building 15 Joint Venture at 1500 N. Post Oak Business Center.  Shawn Ackerman and Mason White of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented tenant and landlord.
