Local Investor Purchases Two Buildings Totaling Over 57,000 sf

DALLAS, TX - September 22, 2003 --A local investor has purchased two buildings from Dallas-Hines-Stemmons Associates. Building one is located at 10701 Harry Hines Blvd. and totals 22,144 square feet.  Building two is located at 10689 Harry Hines Blvd. and totals 35,340 square feet.  Both buildings are currently occupied by Orowheat.  Orowheat will soon relocate to Fort Worth .  Jim Turano of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the buyer.  John and Terry Bradley of Bradley Real Estate represented the seller.
